Holidays Over – Back on Track

Well, if you’re reading this, then you survived the Holiday Season of 2011 and all the wonderful things that go along with it that could cause an epic breakout of canker sores…

Family visiting unexpectedly.

Your aunt’s sugar-free cranberry sauce.

A thousand screaming kids.

The pressure of what to buy your spouse/kids/parents/siblings.

The stress of bowl games you betted on.

The list goes on and on.

Tongue frozen to pole

How to guarantee a canker sore.

That would make this the time of year that we all look forward to what’s coming and do our best to craft the coming year and ourselves into everything we want it to be.  Personally, I hate resolutions.  They never work.  A resolution that’s created in the middle of the year is more likely to work than something made at New Years when your mind is at its most optimistic.

All the same, I am not immune to dreaming.  So here’s what I hope to start seeing here on

The Storied Ebook – I’ve only been talking about this thing for the last 6 months.  But my hope is in hte next month or so I can finish it up and put on the site for people to download and share.  It’s already been written and I’ve had some delays with a designer who was working on it.  But it looks good and with any luck will be up and about soon.

Charts – Ooooh, charts!  All the geeks out there just got their pants adjusted.  Yes, I’m looking into creating charts that map the results of the experiments I’m conducting so people can see it in living color.

A Possible Redesign – The design of the ebook has made me think of some ways to incorporate it into the website.  Not a total overhaul, just some redesigning to make the website a little more awesome.

Other Goodies – Including Excel documents that will help all of you to track your own ulcers the way I’m doing.

A Cure – Hey, that’s the whole point of this thing, right?

And, of course, I hope to be better about posting more regularly.  Wish me luck with all that.

In the meantime, I hope all of you had a great New Year and we here at Cankerboy wish you all the best for 2012.
